About Dustin DiMisa

Throughout his career, finance executive and residential mortgage expert Dustin DiMisa has maintained involvement in a vast array of professional endeavors, striving for excellence in each of his pursuits. Following college, Dustin DiMisa brought his understanding of business administration and finance to Countrywide Financial Corporation’s FSLD (Full Spectrum Lending Division). Between December 2002 and June 2005, Dustin DiMisa served in a wide range of managerial capacities at Countrywide Financial FSLD, providing oversight for numerous activities connected to operations, business-to-business sales, consumer direct sales, and other areas of interest.

During this time, Dustin DiMisa also implemented compliance with federal regulations such as the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), the Home Ownership and Equity Protection Act (HOEPA), and the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA). As a testament to his performance at Countrywide Financial FSLD, Dustin DiMisa earned appointment to the Countrywide President’s Council, where he collaborated with numerous members of the senior management team.

Dustin DiMisa left Countrywide Financial FSLD in 2005 to co-found InterContinental Capital Group, which has since become a recognized name in residential real estate lending. A Better Business Bureau (BBB) accredited company, InterContinental Capital Group holds an A rating and adheres to the highest standards of ethics and professionalism. Under the careful leadership of Dustin DiMisa, InterContinental Capital Group has grown to originate more than $20 million in loans per month and currently employs hundreds of professionals in 7 states.
